Hurray! It's wine tasting night at our favorite new cafe!

Old Vine Cafe! Try it! - actually, please don't. It's a small place and we're a little afraid that it's going to be reservations only before too long.

SoBeCa is an acronym for
South On Bristol Entertainment, Culture and Arts.

The SoBeCa District is the only progressive, lifestyle-culture, specialty retail shopping destination of its kind in Orange County reaching out to the community and surrounding neighborhood bringing together subcultures with common shared interests in fashion, arts and the outdoors.

Aaron R Thomas DESIGN loves being a part of this movement and this neighborhood.
We enjoy being able to walk from our Design Studio in the Bristol Design Center to some of our
favorite restaurants in the world, to a farmers market, to eco-friendly shops, to the park-like atmosphere at the "anti-mall": the camp and the lab.

With great civic pride, that shocks even us, we plan on using this blog to showcase our wonderful neighborhood.
